For clarity, Local Flip Funding collects Personal Data from you to, in part, provide you with personalized content and information related to loan products, but Local Flip Funding is not a lender. Any loan or related product to which you may become a party is solely transacted between you and the applicable lender and/or loan originator and is not a part of the Services.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You represent that the Personal Data you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, and that you have the authorization to provide it to us. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Local Flip Funding and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

IP Addresses; Device ID Information: The requests you make to Local Flip Funding may contain your IP address (the Internet address of your computer).
